Jayson Tatum led the way for the Celtics with 36 points, while Jaylen Brown hit a key three-pointer to force overtime and ultimately led the team to victory with 133 points in the final game.
The Celtics overcame an 18-point deficit in the fourth quarter to stun the Pacers with a 13-2 closing run, taking a commanding 3-0 series lead in the East Finals.
Game 4 of the series will be played in Boston on Wednesday night. The Pacers will need to find a way to stop the Celtics' momentum if they want to avoid a sweep.
